Dries best in fabric glues

I used this on a blanket I was knitting to secure knots and the glue dried very hard and wasn't flexible. I regret ruining my ceiling with it.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Annoys

worked fine at Craft Supplies

I don't know much about fabrics but this worked really well for my project. My cat chewed the fabric off the ottoman's button and he held it in place.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Clarity

Aleene Fusion Fast Dry Fabric Adhesive

Aleene Fast Dry Fabric Adhesive works. The thread is too big and makes the application messy. It requires quick application, otherwise too much glue will remain on the material.

Pros
  • New to My Collection
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Bonds fabric better than CA or wood glue

I used this to repair some fabric vertical blinds that were falling apart. After that, they needed a second round of touch ups, but it worked better than any other glue in the house.

Pros
  • Good job
Cons
  • Bad job

Good for sticking to non-iron nylon fabrics

Used to attach a patch to a non-iron nylon sport jacket. Worked great. The fast drying time has prevented slipping and the flexible bonding has held up well so far.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Security

Works sometimes but not the safest

I use this to apply patches to my ukulele case. It worked fine but sometimes the patches crashed. I've actually had more success with silicone sealant, which seems to stick to the fabric and never comes off.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Concerns me

A good thing; very flexible and transparent after drying

Not too thick, easy to work with from the tube. Dries really elastic and transparent. Used to quickly hem a dress to the floor and also for sewing lace appliques onto my junior bridesmaid dresses that were roughly sewn on and dangled. Ideal! Bought 2 more tubes!

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Minor problems

Used for crafts only

I'm guessing it's for fabric making only, not everyday use. Tried to use it for packaging that had some seams removed (peeled off, applied, pinched and left to dry for 48 hours) and still failed to hold. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than arts and crafts.

Pros
  • Craft supplies
Cons
  • Not sure

Sticky, viscous and viscous

Used other products from this brand and was always satisfied. This one is just awful. The nozzle is designed for precise application, but the consistency of the adhesive makes this impossible. "Quick-drying" seems to mean "sticky and thick, but runny and sticky." Instead, I ordered a regular Fabric Fusion.

Pros
  • Kraft
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Works perfectly!

I was struggling to find the right glue to attach some fabric and garland to these giant wings I have for a costume. It was a struggle. but this glue really saved me! My only complaint is that if you're not careful when applying, the glue ends up EVERYWHERE (which honestly could be more user error than anything) and it doesn't dry completely clear, but it's barely noticeable. It takes a little time to dry, I recommend illuminating it with a UV lamp to speed up the process if you can't leave it…

Pros
  • Fabric Glue
Cons
  • I can't remember but there was something
