The ability to maintain a single source for all our documentation is very useful, which reduces time needed when searching through multiple files or databases/apps that have different names (e.g., "Aircraft", "FARs"). When creating new documents it's helpful if you can just select from templates instead having many options available; however this could be improved by adding more template types as well as customizing existing ones! Also being able to search between applications without switching

Sometimes it's impossible to export a record without doing a mass search. The system requires you to upload all records, even if you don't have that specific detail. The ease to use, ability for customization through templates/forms is very helpful as well! I wish that there was an option within our platform where we can easily link up with other systems like Salesforce or Sage 50 Accounting so it would be easier than manually linking all records together when needed (i think you have this now but not 100% sure). We are able solve basic accounting issues quickly without having any knowledge about how those programs work internally - which saves us time…
