I like that it's completely customizable, so you can make almost anything work how YOU want it in your organization! It has its quirks at times (especially when using an external LDAP directory), but nothing terrible about it. The thing I like best about this program, it's simplicity of use; very simple! It has all you need in one place so that no matter what your job or task at hand needs are met by EGroupWare easily without having multiple applications running simultaneously which can be confusing when trying topay attention only 1 application instead if 10 different ones!! I like that it has an easy interface, can be used by multiple people in different locations at once (using VPN), its cheap compared with other solutions out there - but also powerful enough when you want more features than basic email management! I like the simplicity of the software and the ease of use.The ability to share calendars and have access to files are great. I was hesitant to use this software as it is a fairly new product. However, once I used it I realized how useful it is for my business. I'm happy to have found this software and I recommend it to others. I have had no issues with the software. I have only used this software for a short period of time. But so far I've had no issues using this software. I am trying to solve
