Entire Recruit Review

The ability to connect directly with applicants on my phone or computer was awesome! I never had to send an email. Just tap a button and it was done! Everything we needed in one place! Not much. But it's been great. I wish there was more information about each applicant. If you're looking to recruit hourly employees, this is the way to go! We can see who's available at any given time. I love that it has helped me tremendously in my career search process as well as hiring managers are able to see candidates within our system! The ability to upload documents from anywhere at any time helps keep everything organized - even if you do not have access while traveling or working remotely there's no worry about losing an application because they were never submitted due to internet issues etc. There could be some improvements such as making applications more intuitive so recruiters

I like that Entire Recruit has a good amount of options for applicants. It is very easy to upload multiple applications at once for multiple positions.
