The ability to create, publish reports/dashboards that are easily accessible by all users is super nice! The ease of use of the software and the ability to get a service level agreement for the work being done. Sometimes, eRec is too complex. When you first load the software, you have to spend a lot of time learning the software. I am a small organization, but the team size is a little large.
