Great resource when managing an employee

I like the easy task of making reports and the system has the ability to export to Excel. I also like the ability to have tabs to make it more user friendly. I have no dislike items. I give it a good rating. If you are looking for a cost effective software then ERIC is for you. It is a lot cheaper to manage the employees. We also have a lot of customization which makes management a lot easier. I like that it has everything we need plus more. It can be complicated to learn but once you get used

I can use it to do multiple things but there are not many options to choose from.

I like that it can be used in various ways depending upon what you need to do with your business. It has many features that make up any good software program but if you're looking at all these things and not focusing just one or two then this may cause problems later down the road when trying to use them efficiently. If there were more options available to choose from then we would have no problem using it effectively. We are able to handle multiple projects within our organization without…
