I like how easy it was to set up all of our employees' schedules with this program. It allows us to see where we can cut back and save money by not having so many people working at once. We are able to assign work easily using their calendar feature as well. There does seem to be some glitches in the system sometimes but they usually get fixed quickly when you contact them about it. I like how easy it makes payroll processing! It has made our lives so much easier with just 1 computer to use instead of 2 (our current system). I like how easy it was to set up my employees schedule with their availability as well as create custom schedules when needed! It's very helpful if you have multiple locations or departments within an organization. Sometimes there can be errors in data entry which makes me feel nervous about using this system every day but luckily they are quick about fixing those issues once we report them so far no problems here. I really love having all of my employees' schedule in 1 place! This helps to make payrolls easier as well since now we have everything together at once instead of emailing everyone's information separately every month or two weeks after each pay date has passed.
