Pros
  • Having access via website , app etc means no missing an update while away too much hassle having emails sent straight through mailbox ! No fuss just easy :)
Cons
  • Not being involved fully whilst busy so not seeing everything live.but once back then i see where things were missed

Good resource when it comes time taking over projects

The ability to communicate with different departments and get things done quickly. I like that we have access to other resources within the group. Nothing really, this is a good team to work with if you are looking for support. Great communication skills. Highly Recommended Career Transition Service!!

The support team is very knowledgeable, helpful and always willing to assist with anything I need assistance with! They are quick to respond and have helped me get my resume up online in order to be able to apply for jobs that interest me quickly and easily from home. Great customer service from an experienced staff

I enjoy working with this team, they are very attentive when you call in for support or feedback about your position/department etc., it's not just someone taking calls and listening but that is important as well! It can feel like more work than necessary sometimes especially if there isn't anything immediate going wrong. They do seem more interested at times compared other companies who will answer quickly then move along even though problems exist within their scope (or so i'm told). But…
