Excellent Customer Service & Organized System

I like the software the best. It's very organized and easy to navigate. The customer service is fantastic and they take really good care of you when you need it. There isn't anything that I dislike about this program as it is great in every way. The only thing is that it is kind of pricey so make sure you use other sources for work orders if your not paying for them. Great EMS Software with Excellent Customer Service

I have been working as an EMT for 6+ years now; so far this has definitely not had any issues that would make me look elsewhere! There are some benefits to using them (and it's FREE), they do keep you up date about new software releases or if there is ever anything going wrong their customer service team promptly responds back regarding your issue/issue resolution time frame etc.; however all in good fun!! Excellent Solution For Getting Back To Patients

I like that EYED has an easy to use platform for customers to submit their requests. It's also relatively quick when it comes time for us to get back to them! The only downside is how long our turnaround can sometimes be. Sometimes we have to go through several emails before getting someone who will actually respond! User friendly, easy to learn interface, great customer service

It is easy to use and very well integrated into my EMR software (Primacy). I like that they have live help available when needed; it's great for those times when you're totally lost in a PDF file. There are some really hard parts to learn. The hardest part was learning all the abbreviations/symbols used by doctors and other health care professionals.
