I like how they are always willing to work through any problems we might have, whether it be technical or otherwise! They really care about you getting what your looking for when working together - even if there is an issue that comes up later down-the road (which happens from time too). The ease of use, design, layout etc is very easy to understand! It's also great that I don't need any training or support from staff - everything can be done remotely through my computer via web-browser! Also it was so simple for me (a non techie person) to edit pages myself if needed which saved time when making changes compared to other companies who charge extra per change made. I like that they have experience building websites from scratch to existing sites, which is what we needed for our church's new site! They were very flexible when it came time getting us set up so all of my questions could be answered quickly!! I like that we can have our own domain, which is important for us since it's an online ministry of ours. It was difficult to get started because they didn't give me any information about what my hosting would be or how much it would cost. Once I got through all those steps, everything went smoothly!
