Description of Falken Wildpeak AT3W Terrain Radial

All-terrain, any-weather rugged capability. Heat diffuser technology in the lower sidewall dissipates heat to protect the internal tire components. Keeping this critical area of the tire cool ensures vehicle stability even when towing or carrying heavy loads. 3D Canyon sipe technology interlocks the shoulders to resist wear from high torque as well as providing additional handling stability. Rugged and rigid tread blocks feature support ramps and step-down features that provide tread-pattern rigidity in the contact patch, enhancing vehicle stability and handling while also preventing stones from becoming trapped in the grooves. Aggressive upper sidewall along with offset shoulder blocks protect the tire from sharp rocks and provide additional off-road traction at low tire pressures or in off-camber situations.

Great tire for the money

Bought for my 96ft Ford Dual and I have to say I'm very impressed with the handling. Tires are quieter than expected. Very good tyre. Will definitely buy again

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • So so

Great tires, heavy, takes the load

Put these in the bed of my 1993 Dodge diesel truck. I carry heavy loads and they hold up to 70psi very well. Very happy with them. Should be better than the Yokohamas I've had, they've done less than 15,000 miles.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Expensive

Difficulty balancing

Problem with balancing. I had to return one tire because it wasn't balanced and the rest required a lot of weight. Very quiet and great performance. However, the fins are fairly flat, which limits performance if you put them on for a few miles.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Great in the snow! Best in Tire

Load them on a dump truck that I only use in the winter. Very good traction and excellent driving characteristics. For the price I don't think you can go wrong. I ordered the 235/85-16 BF Goodrich SUVs and they were in reserve. I'm glad they did because I saved a lot of money and I think I got a better tire.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Very expensive

The perfect tire exists

I just love these tires! Great price and great grip. I use them on my 2003 Ford E-350 diesel van which is 2WD only. They turned him into a beast when it was snowing or even freezing. The handling with these tires is also impressive. Even when I'm loaded, the tires always stay straight and straight. The wear is good so far, the mileage is 10,000 km. I would recommend these tires to anyone looking for winter or off-road tires for a larger vehicle.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • A bit of maintainability

Surprisingly good at a good price

I've always been a Michelin fan and didn't want to switch brands but Michelin don't make a similar tread pattern for my truck. A friend who KNOWS and sells tires pointed this out to me. I bought them (I have 20" rims on my Ram) and have been very pleasantly surprised so far. They handle like a Michelin (clear handling), they handle just as well in the rain as a Michelin, they have very little Road noise. , they have the same long mileage warranty, they cost MUCH less, and they handle the dirt I

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Compatibility
