Terrible product good for glue dispenser supplies

Red cap was broken and missing. None of the lids are closed or fit properly. Without proper sealing, the glue will harden in the container. Very bad cast. All these problems were visible and obvious. Don't assume that this seller cares about the quality or functionality of their products. Buy from this seller at your own risk.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Great but not perfect

Love mine. It's not perfect, but it does the job I need very well. The cap is just annoying. Mine finally broke and I'm glad because it doesn't bother me anymore and isn't really needed. 30 minutes after use, the glue on the tip dries and seals it perfectly. Simply remove the glue from the tip and the bottle is open. However, I would like a version of this that is about 25% larger.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not the best

Very small dispenser, expensive to send back

I didn't think I'd need the 16 ounce version so I tried the 6 ounce version. The wide pipette tip is very small, 2mm x 5mm at its widest point. I would send back but the return fee is 20% of the cost. I haven't used it but it seems small for my woodworking projects. I would not recommend buying this online. Find it in store so you can get a feel for how this product can work for you. I do not recommend.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not bad

Fastcap Lowbot Best in Hand Tool

I hate to give such a bad review but this product is so poorly made it really isn't worth your hard earned money at all. I used a glue robot and I liked it so I decided to make a smaller version because as a crafter I don't usually use that much glue. The Gluebot is a great concept, but the casting on it is so bad it can't be sealed. If FastCap is listening, they need to find a new manufacturer. hope that helps

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Some little things

The best glue dispenser on the market

I've tried several other options and this one has maximum versatility and is very reasonably priced. The only disappointment I had was not cleaning the tips, just replacing them with spare tips. This bottle is very low maintenance so it's only my fault that it dries up. I'm a fan of well thought out products and this is one of them so the rating is great. This should be in every carpenter's shop/garage.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Vulgarity

The minimum quality in hand tools

The product is blown, poorly finished. The lid with gasket is quite strong but the photo shows it doesn't fit well with the blown threads. Someone has to make a quality device. It's not like this! Gave it a slightly higher rating. The lid seems to close tightly, but the threading still leaves a lot to be desired. The bottle is small and the dispenser tip is very small. To be honest, for the money you could get a much better bottle of glue from a glue manufacturer.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • The negative is present

Much better than a bottle

Upgrade. I've been using it for a while now and ran into a small issue that I thought I should share. I mostly use flat tip. It will clog and I don't realize it until I get the bottle to apply the glue. Pooh. We're looking for a fix. I still like it but it's not perfect. I was skeptical but after a few weeks of use this is one of the best buys I have ever made. Easy to use. No more stuck lids. No more stopping to clean the lid.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • No Instructions

Works fine once I've fixed it.

When I received the bottle I poured some glue into it and tried to use it but the top cap wasn't tight enough allowing air to escape through the top without pushing the glue up the dispensing tube . . I noticed the o-ring in the cap looked a bit dry so I smeared some lube on it and put it back on the bottle and it worked. The top now seals really well and pushes the glue out like it should. Handy little device.

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

More control than an old-fashioned bottle of glue, but not perfect.

Not ideal for dispensing or applying glue, but very useful. A design problem is that the supply hose can start blowing air out when the bottle is not full. You still have to partially invert the bottle when applying glue to rabbits and dados, and this causes the end of the bottle feed tube to be above the level of the glue when less than half full. This requires attention to engineering to obtain a permanent adhesive layer. This slows down the assembly of the parts a bit. Still gives me more…

Pros
  • Glue Dispenser and Accessories
Cons
  • unreliable
