The ease of use, speed to get you connected with faxes from anywhere in world! It's simple & intuitive interface provides excellent functionality that allows me communicate as I desire - which is very important when running an international business (especially one where most people don't speak English!). There are no issues or drawbacks at this point for us but it would be good if there were more robust reporting features available so we can easily keep track/analyze our results over time…

I like that you are able to receive faxes from anywhere, without having someone there in person! It's convenient for me since my job is always changing locations (and it can be difficult getting permission sometimes). Sometimes when using this service they will not send or recieve your documents unless its an actual document with paper sheets included which seems strange but makes sense once i figure out how everything works again haha..it would have been nice if we could just upload our own…

I love that there are so many features to this software! And it's not very expensive, either! The program is easy enough for beginners but yet detailed/advanced if you need them as well. I like that they have several different plans to choose from, depending upon your needs. It's easy for me as an owner of my business with multiple locations/brands in our group, but also great when you are just starting out or if there is only one store location! The customer service provided by faxsalads has been excellent - very quick responses via email & phone calls regarding any issues at all times during normal hours (9am-5pm Central). I like that you can send faxes to your customers without them knowing it is coming from you! It's easy to use, very user friendly, and gives me a way to get my emails out quickly. Sometimes there are issues when sending large volumes of documents at once (over 100 pages), but for smaller files this works great.
