It is exactly as described. I use it to hang my handmade jewelry. It goes in a big loop like in the picture. I would prefer it on a roll because it's hard to keep it from getting tangled even if unrolled carefully. However, it is a good cord for tags and jewelry.

Very disappointed when I received this today. I needed a gold rope for a project and it wasn't what I expected at all. The color is not real gold. The color is very coppery. I placed a shiny gold clothespin next to the matching color rope.

This is a beautiful shiny cord. I bought it for the Christmas decorations I am making. It is very durable and looks great on finished jewelry. The only problem is as others have pointed out. It's not on the reel and it's tangled, although I was very careful taking it apart. It became a tangled mess and was easy to tie. I was able to fold some, but most are knotted in the bag. After trying to solve it for an hour and a half, I gave up.
