Inconvenient, no necessary rubber hose.

Uncomfortable, the swimming area is too big for small people. There was no rubber tubing for the fingers in the kit so I had to use the ones I had at home. It's just awkward. It is better to use FINIS Fulcrum for forearm training and separate flat paddles for strengthening.

Not suitable for water sports

Paddles come with 2 thick rubber inserts (see ) does not hold tight. First problem: the rubber bands are so thick that they only fit in large holes, so after a 25m swim the paddle is loose and has to be stopped to adjust; can't adjust it with the included blades so you'll have to remove at least one blade entirely. If I don't get placement right (and there's a learning curve), I'll start having problems with my arms. But I have chronic pain and fibromyalgia so I'm not sure if this is the best sensor. I will say that, I prefer the stability of these velcro over the traditional ones. The fact that it stabilizes the wrist is great

Great tool - training tool

I have agility hand paddles but need help with my wrist so I tried the Bolster Paddle. It's worth it. Helped immediately and now I use them during my workouts. They also helped me improve my early catch more than the agility hand paddles. With agility paddles, your fingers (especially your thumb) are forced to hold the paddle in a very specific way (no strap). Your hand itself is also more compressed and flat. This may not be the best form for you if you really swim. The padded paddle allows…
