Pros and Cons: travel and to-go food containers

Pros: clean, uniform, strong Cons: I don't think it stays cold until soft gel packs, although I prefer cold packs that way I opened and leaked or that takes up more space in both the freezer and lunch box.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • almost everything is there

Loss of ability to stay cold quickly

I've been using these in a thermal lined lunch box for a month now. They worked fine initially, but in less than a month they really lost their ability to stay cold. They were used daily and then frozen overnight, but now they don't keep cold enough for the 5 or so hours it takes before dinner. Very disappointing.

Pros
  • Durable surface
Cons
  • Good but not perfect

Not worth the money

Unfortunately they melt very quickly. I live in Arizona so we've always had a problem with ice coolers melting fast, but this is a bit ridiculous. Not happy with this purchase. My poor kid's lunch was room temperature at 10am in his super thermal lunch box! I grabbed him with an ice pack at 7am and he was in class the whole time.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Working speed

Great ice packs for the kitchen and dining room

Very thin ice packs that won't take up much room in your freezer or lunch bag. Freezes quickly and stays frozen for a long time. Keeps lunch cold in an insulated bag until lunch even in a hot car in summer. Due to Covid 19 we no longer have a public fridge at work to store our lunch so we needed something to eat lunch fresh and SAFE in the car. We hit 98 degrees outside last week and ice packs saved lunch!

Pros
  • Positive feedback only
Cons
  • I will add later

I don't know what the negative reviews are about.

These people need to store their lunch boxes in hot places because from 8am when they take out the freezer until 5pm my kid's lunch boxes stay pretty cold. I use these thin ones to replace the "ice walls" that came with their arctic lunch boxes and they work *MUCH* much better. No hot rolls at lunchtime! I would buy more of these if I ever needed them.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Expensive

Outstanding Daily Performance

My purchase was made a while ago and I have used the coolers on a daily basis. They freeze quickly. They keep my stuff cold all day. The smaller the bag, the longer they're frozen. In the morning I can pack room temperature food in my bag and at noon the soda/water is cold. If I forget to put the cool boxes in the freezer in the evening, I can freeze the cool boxes for two hours in the morning. Redeemed.

The size is perfect for my ice box

They are the perfect size to lay on the bottom of my small ice box that I take with me to lunch, sit 2 side by side and even keep my water bottles cool throughout the day, and they do. When I come out the fridge is already cool and the ice packs are just cooling them down and when I get home the ice packs are still cool to the touch. Everything I put in my lunch box stays cool even in this Texas heat. Now my box dose stays on my work cart out of direct sunlight but I don't think they work as…

Hanging issues to watch out for

This is an odd review as I'm not sure how to classify this issue other than hanging issues. When I first bought them they took 2 full days to freeze. After that, it took a full day to freeze completely. At first I thought it was completely frozen, but it's only frozen around the outer edges. How can something so thin not freeze? I discovered this when I slid this ice cream into a narrow space in my fridge and heard a soft pop. At first I thought I might have ripped the outer plastic, but when I
