The product is very flexible to be customized to suit my business needs.The UI / UX of the product is simple and easy for users to use compared to other similar products. It's easy to use, it handles all my imports well when creating custom folders & file types for each organization / department I have at multiple companies over time! Would love something similar with an OCR function or some sort of "data" extraction from PDFs if we ever needed them as they are not in their own product line nor do you offer this functionality free (vs flatfiles). I love how simple it was to set up my first import from Salesforce into our CRM system, even with little knowledge of SQL or programming at all! It did not come without its own challenges though - mainly related to security permissions for users in both systems (Salesforce & flatfiles). The tool has helped us in streamlining our onboarding process which was previously very manual. The system is easy to use and allows for quick and efficient onboarding of new hires. We have noticed a decrease in time spent on onboarding processes since using flatfile portal. It's been a great experience so far! I am not aware of any downsides at this point.
