I like that it has an easy interface, but also allows you to customize things if need be. I love how it keeps everything in one place, so there's no need to search through tons of files just trying find what you're looking for! It would be great if this program allowed users who are not familiar or comfortable using computers could still use them without any problems (not that they can't do!) but maybe some kind tutorials should pop up more often as well? I like that it can be used both by myself or other people in my office, we've been able use this software since our last accountant left us so there was no one else who could do as much work! It's not very user friendly but once you learn how easy/hard something might seem at first its really simple when working through each step of creating an invoice etc.. The software was easy enough that I can use it myself if needed, but also had many staff who were very helpful in getting me up-to speed quickly (and keeping my interest!).
