We bought this applicator to use with a floor polisher but didn't like it. It's hard to pull. We bought a foam roller instead - the big orange store only has pencil foam rollers which I tried but it took forever. Bought to wax my hardwood floor. The sponge mop I had drove me crazy, it always absorbed a ton of wax in the sponge and then had to be washed for a long time to remove it or else the sponge becomes hard and ruined.
