Forum Sentry Review

The forum sentries are great for monitoring our forums, customer service requests etc., it has allowed us to manage all of this in one place so we can easily see what is happening across different channels! I like that it's easy to use, has all of my accounts in one place so no more searching for things! It is also very helpful when you're looking up something because your keywords are already typed into search bar which helps tremendously with finding what we need quickly!! The only thing about forum sentrys service was they didn't have any kind customer support at first but after talking through some issues over chat their team came back right away asap.
