Economical solution for trans. Harder lines.

For bypassing some rusted steel transmission oil cooler lines on 2008 F-150 farms. The truck is used almost daily towing horseboxes. So far it's holding up very well.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Small

F250 E40D transmission cooling hose

Used this hose as transmission cooling hose on my 94 F250 IDIT with E40D transmission. perfect size From the pump to the water cooler, then to the auxiliary cooler and back to the gearbox. I ordered 2 and it was enough

Pros
  • Very fast delivery
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Very good product in Spares

I had to order another piece as the full length of the hose was enough but the quality was very good. Hope they last many years. It is much easier to work with such non-curved hoses than the fancy curved hoses that the manufacturer makes.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Repair

Great for the A340E in my '96 Toyota T100

Great for the A340E in my '96 Toyota T100 (3.4 liter engine). The hose length is more than enough for two transmission cooling lines. It appears to be built of quality material and was easy to install.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Right size, right type Fits 2002 ATF Camry

Perfect fit for 2002 Toyota Camry. Installation will be tricky, but this is the correct size and type of rubber for ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluids). It's also the same size and type of rubber used on the back of the low-pressure power steering fluid that flows into the reservoir.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • All OK

This size is hard to find in local parts stores. Does a great job.

The hose in the box is actually a Hayden hose. I installed an external transmission cooler on my 2008 Toyota 4runner and most recently when replacing the cooler I wanted to reconfigure the way it connects. After checking with several local parts stores, I found that none of my counties actually sell this size of line.

Do not buy this hose as it is not suitable for the task stated!

I installed a transmission coolant hose on my 2005 Buick Rainier and one day I was driving around the block, the hose burst and spilled all my transmission fluid before noticing the smoke. The hose literally ripped lengthwise. My transmission is dead now. Thank you for selling such a poor product at such a high price! I have a broken piece of tubing, all my controls and some scrap tubing that I haven't used. All damage will be photographed.

Pros
  • good thing

  • some bugs

Transmission Leak Solution

available After numerous problems with my PT Crusier and fluid leaks while riding I thought replacing the transmission cooler hose might solve the problem. I'm so glad I rode without a drop of transmission fluid all week and the line didn't burst like it had 4 times prior to changing this line. Better quality hose than what was on the car when I bought it. It came as needed and was a great price. I would recommend if anyone is having transmission issues on their PT Crusier they check the…

Good hose. Beware how tight 11/32 fittings can be!

I didn't really need to use this hose even though my Toyota Sienna has an ATF hose ID of 11/32". It felt like breaking the fittings on the radiator. Even with some ATF too Lubricating the 11/32 hose is a nightmare, on my van at least I went with a slightly wider 3/8" id ATF hose instead which was tight but was actually more convenient to twist. Most garages replace it ATF hoses just with Toyota 3/8 on them and call it good with good clamps I have 3/8 on my Toyota pickup (call 11/32) and it has…
