Review after moving over from iRecurring and running into problems

I like that it integrates with our accounting system so we can see all aspects at once, including budgeting vs actuals (which are important for us). The customer service team seems to be very good about responding quickly in most cases - they're usually able fix issues within minutes or hours rather than days/weeks as other services would require! We've had some glitches here & there which could have been resolved sooner but overall this has worked well enough where no one's complained yet :)…

I like the fact that it allows for more transparency with my clients. I can easily see all communications, as well as their progress in real time. The ability to have multiple people involved in a project is great too. I dislike having to use this software because it's so complicated. There are so many different features and options that you need to learn how to navigate them effectively. It takes some getting used to but once you do, it's very easy to use. I like how easy it is to use, and that you can set up your own templates. You can also add multiple people so there are many different ways to communicate with clients. Sometimes, it's hard to figure out who sent something in the chat window. The notifications sometimes don't go through if you're using another program at the time. If you need a really good CRM or project management tool this is great! We have been able to keep all our projects organized, and there is no more confusion about who
