They did my best to help me with a custom build at an affordable price. I don't think I received all items requested, but was very open about trying to get everything worked out for them. They do what they say, when you need them too! I have used this service for many years now with no problems or complaints at all from me in any way shape form or fashion that i can think about as far back 20+yrs ago ish!! If it does not work right away then its probably because your using an old piece o equipment so give 'em time sometimes if their busy than wait but dont take long if possible cause there are others waiting just like yourself also. The warranty is extremely generous, I've never had any issues with anything that came from them! They are incredibly knowledgeable about all things technology-related as well.- they have always worked quickly when there issue was an emergency situation or new product needed approval before release/production start date.-- if you're looking for service providers who will be around forever but don't want ridiculously high prices then this might not fit your needs; however we use their products in
