I like that it allows me to create my own layout for how much space each person takes up in our services, so we don't have any extra paperwork or files lying around! It also helps us keep track of who's been there since when by creating individual pages per service member (and their families). The only downside would be if you're not familiar with using this program - learning all about everything can take awhile!! I like that you can create your own templates for emails to be sent out, as well in keeping track of what's been done with each client/family member by assigning them tags or flags so it makes finding info much easier when needed later down the road! It has been easy to use, very user friendly interface with lots of features available for free that you can upgrade/add later at your own pace! I have not found anything in this product so far as it seems like all aspects are covered well enough without any additional or costly upgrades needed once installed - no complaints here either but only good feedbacks from experience using other products by similar companies before switching over totally. I like that it integrates with our accounting software, allows us to easily manage all the different aspects of the funeral business, and also has a nice interface for clients. The customer service can be hit or miss. Some times you get great help from them, other times they are very unhelpful. They don't have any integration with our website builder so we can only use their product if we want to use their website builder. We were using a third party website builder, but they stopped supporting

I like how easy it was to navigate through this system, as well as being able to customize everything that we needed for our business! We had no issues with anything about their product or service itself; however there were some minor glitches in functionality of certain features (such as adding additional services).
