Gains insights is great platform to stay compliant

I love using this software because it helps me track all my interactions with clients in one place! It's also helpful for tracking new accounts as well (and creating them if need be). There are times when you have multiple tabs open from different sources but can't see which ones contain client information or not - so keeping an eye out while working through tasks would help keep things organized more efficiently than having several windows opened each time something comes across your…

Pros
  • The software is so efficient and easy to use for both the client and the agent! It's very convenient and easy to use for both parties
Cons
  • The only thing I can say I dislike is the fact that it is a bit pricey but it's worth every penny
