VERY thin and doesn't shrink too much. I prefer the feel of spandex. High waist doesn't mean "gut control". Suitable for relaxing at home or sleeping. Not suitable for hard HIIT training or cycling. upset.

I bought these for my 13 year old daughter for school. She is typically an 18/20 female height, 5ft 4in and around 200lbs. I bought L-XXL and they fit her perfectly! she loves them! Basically she loves high waist and compression. But the length is just right for school, above the knee. They are very soft and elastic, but not transparent at all.
