    wrong color on bulbs

These are not blue bulbs like the disclosure bulbs should be. I have 12 lightbulbs in my bathroom that are blue when off but emit bright daylight. A white with 11 blue as shown on website stands out (returned).

    Something has changed: Incandescent lamps

Incandescent lamps are not bad, but they are certainly not what they used to be. The color is "off" and they definitely won't last very long. I am slowly replacing all of our bulbs with LEDs and will not be buying them again.

    Good lighting, short lifespan

Aren't they one of the main advantages? Two of my lightbulbs blew out in less than a week. However, the lighting is excellent. I no longer notice in my working mirror that my face looks like it was run over by a toddler.

Lightbulbs are not just lightbulbs. Warmer color temperature.

These are not original bulbs. On the right the burnt original and on the left what I got. I work with color and need accurate daylight for color matching. Too bad it has a warmer color temperature than the originals.

    White light is good.

I had the typical old yellow fixtures in my bathrooms and switched to them and was very surprised at the difference. The rooms are lighter to make everything much more visible and clear to my old eyes. The lifespan rating is relatively low, but I don't use bathroom fixtures very often, so they should do the trick.

    Poor quality control

I have already ordered these (from another seller). You were fine. This is not good. I used 5 bulbs. In a lamp 2 burned out in 2 weeks after daily use for 4-5 hours. In the lamp, the bulb I installed burned out after a week, maybe 18 hours of use. The remaining 2 have not been used yet but it has only been 3 weeks. Ridiculous, especially for the price. I will ask for a replacement.

    Light of truth in bulbs

I use them for lights above bathroom mirrors because you can see your reflection much more clearly. My adult daughter calls her "the light of truth" and says when she sees spots on her face in my mirrors she needs to remember that what she is seeing is not what most people see in normal light be able. I like her. so good that I'm starting to use them around the house as the old bulbs burn out.

Not the old Reveal bulbs but still a good option

They don't look like the old GE Reveal bulbs so be prepared if you're looking for them. It's a different exterior color, but they still have a much fuller light than most, and there really aren't any downsides. I replaced my old GE Reveal vanity lamps with these and have no regrets. Their light helps me apply makeup gently and make the darkness less noticeable in winter. I will buy again!

    Conforms to federal guidelines

I am very sensitive to light quality. I just couldn't get away from lightbulbs. And there's no lamp quite as beautiful as the Reveal (I like the metal halide lamps I saw on the Butterfly Show at the Smithsonian Institution. I thought I was in an atrium with a glass ceiling that lets the sun in. But metal halide lamps are obvious not designed for ordinary installations, heat up a lot and are extremely bright for a normal-sized living room). I also love halogen bulbs (they are lit with a metal…
