Great service. Always helpful and super responsive. I’ve used many platforms over the years, including Mailchimp, Hubspot, Marketo, etc., but the ease of integrating and managing contacts has made Genesys Cloud my favorite platform! It is a truly powerful and flexible platform and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get their customer relationship management (CRM) systems running. Thanks again for the great support!   • The email marketing capabilities allow you to personalize your communication by using information about customers stored within the cloud
  • The Genesys CRM system includes built-in functionality to create personalized campaigns, track prospects and opportunities, assign work to team members, view reports, create emails, schedule meetings and much more
Cons
  • Does not integrate well with external data sources like social media sites, phone numbers, mailing lists, etc.
  • There are times when users have trouble accessing specific parts of the system, especially those using the mobile app.

Genesys Cloud has given us the ability to be fully connected with our clients. By leveraging its real-time CRM capabilities, we have created processes that help us manage large volumes of data while still allowing us to stay ahead of the game. Our previous version of a CRM was a monolithic system that would take hours to load. Now, our new system loads within seconds and allows us to access all our data from anywhere at anytime.
