Green Toys Seaplane Color Floatplane Review

I know it's just a toy but I was very impressed with the quality (not a single scratch from the molding), looks cool and is durable. The best part. MADE IN THE USA! That means it doesn't use high-quality lead-based paint, and you can be sure it's not made from old chemical containment containers. I will definitely buy this brand for my son!

Arrived a day earlier than expected. My kids opened the box before I got home from work. The build quality of the seaplane is solid and not flimsy at all like more expensive plastic toys. I have no doubt it will last longer than the shark boat my son broke in 2 months. Looking forward to buying more green toys!

I have bought many of these green toys for my grandchildren, especially the three boys who seem to play with them more. They have been played indoors and outdoors in mud and sand and accidentally left in the sun for a few days. We definitely take care of our toys, but these toys are great for little hands. They are strong, durable and colorful. I am very happy that they are as durable as they are. Good buy.

My son loves these toys. Made in the USA and 100% recycled, whatever you could ask for! They are very well made and last a long time. Unlike some cheap toys from abroad. The size of these toys is perfect for the bath, pool or spa. I like how they float or fill with water and sink. Then simply drain the water through the drain holes. The price is right too. Will buy more, very happy with this purchase.

My biggest complaint is irrevocable! I can't find anywhere in the description that this isn't the case - it seems misleading, especially for such an expensive toy from a seemingly good company. I wanted to go back because unlike the tug (which we LOVE) it's very difficult to take apart to clean - it has a lot more parts and MANY tiny protrusions that you need a tool to access. I also don't like how huge it is, about 1.5 times the size of the boat - and taking up the entire bathtub.

I'm sure this plane will stand up to anything when played out of the water. But as a water toy, it has a design flaw. The front and rear ends of the pontoons have "vent holes" (as shown in the picture). Rear venting is inches from the water. The aircraft also has a heavy tail, which means water will inevitably enter the rear vent, filling the pontoon and causing the aircraft to roll and eventually sink. This upset my grandson so much that he stopped playing with it.

I purchased this item at full price as a gift for my 2 year old nephew. I was looking for gift items and wanted something made out of safe plastic, so I searched for BPA free gifts for 2 year olds. I kept coming across this company "Green Toys". I liked that they were made from recycled milk jugs. I just felt better after buying a toy. The toy looks very well put together, it looks like some time has actually been invested in the development of this build. no crappy seams on the sides, no sharp

Cool seaplane. It's more than I imagined. Almost too big for very small children. The propeller turns. It's kind of floating. The problem is that it sinks with the smallest wave in the water. In the picture of the plane you can see the ventilation holes that are located on top of the pontoons.
