A safety issue mentioned in another review appears to have been addressed. The windows now have a plastic fastener to prevent the child from pinching their fingers. (see photo) In addition, this toy is in no way inferior to all toys from this manufacturer - EXCELLENT. Fully Recycled, Recyclable, Made in the USA, Durable and Strong. I have nothing bad to say about these toys.

The first toy we bought from this manufacturer. very satisfied with how well it is built. Sure, it costs a little more than a regular cheap toy, but it looks like it's going to last. I will try to take photos but unless you have very small fingers they close up in the holes leaving only small holes for the water to drain. (Isn't this design something that gets people talking about their stuck fingers?)

My 2 year old daughter got this for Christmas and so far it has been a hit with her, my almost 4 year old son and I. My son especially likes the moving propeller in the back.
