They are always there to help you, they have very good knowledge in their field of work (Devops) which is really helpful when it comes down time for production issues or any other issue that needs immediate attention / fix from expert users. Nothing much about them but I can say one thing - be ready because if your not prepared with all details regarding system configuration then don't expect support team will come up instantly whenever needed! The ability to use one tool for multiple tasks, it's easy enough that I can understand how things work without having someone explain them in detail. It is also very flexible so you don't have to worry about being locked into something if there are better options out there. It's so easy to use, it makes deploying our codebase very simple. We have been able to scale up with their help without having to worry about managing servers or dealing with any infrastructure issues. I don't think we've had one issue since using them! They are extremely affordable for what they provide (as in no additional costs). Our only concern is that if there is an outage that would be hard to track down where the problem lies. This could potentially lead to downtime of our site.…
