Very good tool and excellent customer service

The software has been very useful in managing our social media accounts, it's easy of use which reduces training time for new employees as well as making sure we are always up-to date with what campaigns work best at different times of day/week etc. We have not found anything really dislikes yet but I am hoping there will be no problems when using this product during 2020!   • Very simple interface; intuitive layout great way manage multiple clients' PPC ad efforts from one central hub (Growth IQ) that is easily accessible by many people both internally within my organization AND externally through any number users outside your own enterprise network i ncluding those who do marketing / SEO consulting services via remote access solutions like Zoom Meeting Services.I've used other programs before ,and believe me GrowthIQ takes them

Gryffin is a good tool for automating marketing tasks.

Gryffin is very easy to use. You can do several tasks like sending emails, sending mails to different people. You can also do mass deletions and mass insertions. You can even automate your tasks on a daily basis. The integration with Gmail is a bit limited. It's not that easy to integrate it with other tools like Hubspot and Marketo. You can integrate it with Zapier. The support from Gryffin is very good. It's a very good tool for the marketing team. We can automate several tasks and run them…

Pros
  • Integration between SMTP server
  • Lots o features at an affordable price point.
  • Great customer service via chat or email (even if I am using their free version)
  • Intuitive interface no need much training time before you feel comfortable enough working.
  • Ease of learning curveThe only downside would be its lack in integrations compared what we have when choosing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
