Convenient software with good customer service

I like that it allowed me to create an online guest registry, pay for services through Paypal and be able to see my payment history. The support team could use some training in how they should respond when someone has questions about their product. It was hard at first because as a new user you do not know where to look for help so keep looking around until you find something helpful. Overall great experience and system makes operations run smoothly!!

I love that my staff can use this software for scheduling, making payments/bills, accounting online as well as customer communication with text messaging so it's easy access from anywhere! The reporting features are very helpful in keeping up-to date reports regarding our finances at hand. There isn't much there yet because we haven’t been actively using them since moving into new facility but if they continue adding more functions then i will be happy. Wonderful experience working directly with Customer Service

The ease of use, quick response time from support team, no learning curve for this software. If you have any questions they are quickly answered by our customer service team who also provide great training resources through their website as well. I do not like that there are limits with how many staff can be hired at once (we would prefer being able to hire more). We had issues keeping up with paperwork associated with employee payouts. This was resolved when we upgraded to version 8 which…

Great Product and Customer Service is Fantastic!!!

The best thing about halcyons system, it's easy for my staff members who are not computer savvy like me! It also has an app that you can use if your phone isn't connected with wifi at work/home which makes things easier sometimes when I'm away from home office but still need access online through WiFi in order to do some tasks such as pay bills etc.. Sometimes there could be more options within certain areas so they have room for improvement here too though this software works just fine…
