Handrails is amazing and highly recommended for UK businesses

It's easy to use, it has good functionality as well as being very intuitive in terms of how you navigate through your tasks/questions etc., which makes things easier than what I'm used too with other survey websites! There are some minor bugs that can be improved but nothing major really - just small stuff like when there isn't enough space between questions sometimes they're not always aligned properly so this causes confusion if people don;t read them carefully first time round & therefore…

Pros
  • Easy navigation around website
  • Very user friendly interface including layout&amp ; font colour scheme for ease reading purposes
  • Excellent support from staff via webchats or email whenever required.
  • Abilityto add own choice comments about surveys once completed along side answering actual questionnaire itself
Cons
  • Nothing here

A great tool for conducting usability testing or surveys

The ability to use it as an online survey tool, with all of your questions saved in one place! It's easy enough that even non-technical people can navigate through each question easily without having any technical knowledge at their disposal - which makes sense since this was built specifically around usability testing tools from years past where you needed those skills set just so we could get our data out there quickly after conducting sessions/interviews etc.. I wish they had more options…

Pros
  • Clean layout
  • Easy for admin team (and other users)to make content changes too
  • Nice user experience across devices including mobile versions
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
