I didn't know what to expect but it's very comfortable. I fold my right knee in half and it's held together with screws and with that I can stand on my right knee and feel no pain!

I bought this specifically for airsoft as I read many other reviews. I bought these to help with "tactical cool" foils but to be honest they are very durable and you could probably use them for work applications as well. I've used these for both indoor CQB arenas and outdoor Milsim events and they work great. I would definitely use this at work if I was still in construction.

Excellent design, materials and workmanship. Excellent knee protection and the adjustable straps are easy to put on and take off with the unique Hatch buckle. Ideal for adventure, tactics, gardening and round work. After my knee surgery I bought them to cushion my joints when I have to work on my knees to do carpentry, electrical and plumbing work. I would buy them again.

I play airsoft every weekend. I've used various types of knee pads, including some very large ones that I used to use on in-line skates and vertical ramps. When I was almost 40, I quickly realized that kneeling on bbs wasn't a good idea. I found them very light and quite comfortable. Quality knee pads although I found that they tend to slip off which to be honest isn't unexpected. I'll probably modify my pants/trousers to have velcro or something like that to hold them in place. Also, they are well padded and become quite comfortable once adjusted. I really wish the velcro was more adjustable as it has multiple tabs instead of long strips. Would recommend if you don't want to spend a lot of money. They do their job.

Good pads. I'm tired of local stores selling velcro straps. The rivet head connectors on these pads won't let you down. The straps are adjustable and provide static support because they don't slip when crossed at the back of the knee. I'm a tall guy (6ft 3in) and would like them to be a bit longer and wider, but that's just personal preference. These pads look great, fit great and are pretty well made. They are lightweight and well designed. I'm a huge guy with huge calves and thighs, solid muscles and these things almost fit. However, as soon as I grabbed my knees, they started to hurt more than when I wasn't wearing anything. The minimalist nature of the pads and the sharp, pointed shape of the knee create many places to concentrate pressure on your knee. I have been using the black XTAK kit for over a year. It was daily use as they sat on the dirt bike, crawled through mud and thick vegetation, hit the water and ran like an idiot, and they held up very, very well.
