Easy to use, great customer service, and great communication

I like that this is an easy to use service, it's so simple for patients in their own home or at work! It makes life easier because you don't need someone there all of time when they're sick--you can manage everything remotely while ensuring proper care during these times as well!! The ability to be able see what appointments are upcoming without having them open up my phone calendar each day has been extremely helpful too since we have several people working together here from different…

Health X provides quick and efficient solution with minimal maintenance

The ease of use makes it simple for our staff to access their information quickly, from anywhere! I wish there were more customizable fields or options available so that we could create templates instead of having each person type in all info individually every time they log into health x's website system (which is several times per day). Having an easy way to store patient data securely would be great too - but overall this has been very helpful at streamlining processes within my organization

User Friendly Software With Great Customer Service

The platform is easy to use, it's intuitive for both patients as well has healthcare professionals who wish they could access their patient data from anywhere at any time! I have not seen anything that would make me dislike this product so far but there are some things we can improve in order of importance:- Improve mobile experience- More features within dashboard (website)- Better integration between web/mobile apps.- Mobile app should be more user friendly since you cannot always rely only…
