Heartland Dinerware - Very User Friendly and Easy To Use

I love that it is user friendly with all my favorite programs like Microsoft Office 365 as well! It's very easy to use for both customers & employees alike!! We have not found anything we dislike at this time but if you're looking into purchasing one then definitely go ahead because they are worth every penny. Nothing in particular right now just making sure everyone knows about them before purchase. Great product overall though nothing really bad either! If anyone has any questions feel free

Outstanding Customer Service and Amazing Product

Great support that cares about us as customers for real! Have not had any problems with this product or their excellent team at all to date - amazing people who really do care what they are doing/what will benefit you from it is awesome too- always willing if we have issues etc but never pushy in my view?   • Super easy, intuitive interface
  • Very simple layout (as far simplicity compared other systems)
  • Can print out copies quickly so clients can keep tabs while waiting & staff don't lose paperwork due tp errors.
  • Easy enough training system within itself

Easy enough system, wish pricing wasn'

I like that it's easy to use for our small business because we don't have many employees or managers at this time but if you do need more help with training there are plenty online tutorials as well! It is not very user friendly when using in multiple locations/stores which would be helpful considering how busy restaurants get during peak hours. We've been able fix some issues ourselves by going through their support team via chat however they only respond once every few months sometimes…
