UPDATE: I just put one of the rugs on top of the fridge so the cat doesn't use it as a 'stepping stone' to the top of my kitchen cabinets where I display my old cookie jars. It was only a matter of time before he caused disaster there, but worry no more about that! I was also able to get my Scheffler plant from the garage where it has arrived since the cat. They are poisonous to cats and he would NOT leave him alone. Now I put two mats together and put a big plant on them and he just sits there
