    Poor separation/perforation of the bags

Unfortunately the bags will not separate - I have to separate the bags with scissors before putting them in the kitchen basket. So I throw the whole roll in the dustbin!

    Pros
    • Many will do
    Cons
    • Infinitely sluggish

They tear easily, won't buy them again

These bags are very thin and tear easily. We use them for recycling. Cereal boxes are torn through the bag with little or no force (e.g. when removing the bag from a can or when tying it shut). I will not buy again. Let's get back to a more expensive brand. You get what you pay for.

    Pros
    • Not cheap but decent
    Cons
    • Something is wrong

Recent pouches are difficult to open

I have ordered these pouches before and am very happy with these pouches. However, on my last order, bags that are clearly from another manufacturer were not that good. As for the packaging, you have to open the perforations about 6 times to open it and one of them always breaks. I hope the company goes back to the old bags!

    Pros
    • GOLS certified
    Cons
    • No performance

    Cheap and work reasonably well

Pros: Cheap, works Cons: Slightly weaker than expensive brands In fact, they are surprisingly cheap. However, they are noticeably easier to break/tear/etc compared to expensive recycled bags. I think it's a personal choice but I really like it.

Weak and thin. Only use if you don't mind double packing.

The material is thin, similar to cheap office inserts. Breaks easily and creates a huge recycling mess. After two bags burst, we started double-bagging to keep plastic and paper inside the bags. We bought 12-16 gallon Plasticplace recycling bags - 24"w x 31"h, 250/box - blue and they are thick and strong. 250 was enough for us for a year and a half.

    Pros
    • Everything OK!

    • It's hard to remember, but it was

Best performs in Paper & Plastics

Preparing to reorder and am shocked at the mixed reviews. I personally love these bags. They work well for us and I only have to double bag recyclables occasionally. But we store our cardboard in a different basket. These bags don't stretch and you can't expect them to stretch. These bags met my expectations and the price is right! Don't be put off by negative reviews if you're a frugal sister like me.

Very functional bin liners for the kitchen; withstand regular use well

Excellent garbage bags! They're larger than rolled white kitchen trash bags, but not so big that it would be wasteful to use them on a typical kitchen trash can. They're definitely not as strong/reliable as drawstring bin liners, but they're the right size and they're NOT flimsy. I had no problems with punctures or breakage. This is exactly what I wanted/needed and would buy again.

    Pros
    • A lot of positive emotions
    Cons
    • A number of factors

I urge everyone not to spend money on these "garbage bags "

I urge everyone not to spend money on these "garbage bags". They serve absolutely no purpose as they tear just by putting paper in them. I bought them to use for recycling, but quickly gave up the idea. They are very difficult to break for use. You have to pull very hard. They burst at the slightest weight. I see no real purpose in using them. Spend your money on something that will stand up to more than a newspaper.

    Pros
    • I'm waiting for a sad wrapper

Perfect for Genie diapers! Saves time and money.

I use them in my diaper gin instead of buying expensive fillers. I just saved the top of one of the old refills and used a rubber band to hold the top of the bag in place. It works great for a fraction of the cost. I honestly like them better than Genie diapers because they hold up more and it's easier than cutting open a pouch, tying a new pouch at the top and bottom, and then pulling it off. Saves money and time. It's so easy, now even my husband can change diaper bags!

Excellent value for money and durability

I have to use this type of bag for all the disposals I have. I'm glad I found these bags, however, as my local hardware store didn't stock them, although I was told they did. I've put newspapers, glass, paper, etc. in these bags and had no trouble breaking them. Any bag will be punctured if it contains too much weight or broken glass. This role will give me about 6 months and I'm glad I found it.

    Pros
    • Economy use
    Cons
    • Unsafe
