Expensive but worth it! NO vacuum cleaner smell. no matter how good my canister vacuum cleaner is, after a while this smell always lingers. You may actually notice this when you first start vacuuming. But not with this one, and I can't remember why I even started using canister vacuums. I switched from bags to bags many years ago and now I'm back to bags and will never go back to cans --- WHY I THOUGHT THEY ARE BETTER!

Quality A1 Big difference to aftermarket bags in terms of quality, cleaning power and filtration. It's hard to describe, but up close, the difference is like going from a 1989 Honda Accord to a 2017 BMW. Turned my Hoover Tempo from below average into the best vacuum I've ever owned. It is also highly recommended to upgrade the final filter on the exhaust side of the vacuum cleaner to prevent dust leakage.

Very good - the charcoal seems to work to minimize the unbearable odor (caused by pet hair/dandruff) when turning the vacuum on and running. Too bad I didn't know about this before throwing away/replacing the previous working ones and not the old ones just because of the horrible smell. Another lesson learned: stay away from bagless vacuums because you can't (obviously) use carbon-soaked dust bags to contain odors.

These are great true Y-shaped vacuum bags for true HEPA cleaning without the smell of a dirty vacuum. What I like best is that the two bag order ships directly from Amazon Prime and serves as a nice soft pack for our other orders. These bags are amazing. Regular bags don't have charcoal, so if they're half full for a while they'll give off horrible smells when you clean them. Now these carbon HEPA packs make a world of difference. Each bag is very strong (will not break or explode), holds all dust, filters all odors and helps create intense suction. I have been buying this product for YEARS. HEPA combo activated carbon is better at filtering out smaller particles than HEPA alone, and for those sensitive to dust, pet hair and dander, this is vital. I can't vacuum a room without it.
