HPCI Enterprise Information Management Software Review

The user interface was very intuitive for our end users (IT staff). I liked that it provided us access into all areas within their organization including accounting as well as billing data which allowed me to easily identify any discrepancies between what we had received from them versus billings they were submitting through our portal. It made my job easier! We did not have many issues once set up but those few problems got resolved quickly without issue. No complaints here at this time…
