I like how it allows you as an administrator or manager access into their employee's paystubs, W2s etc., allowing me visibility of all payroll info in one spot! There are some glitches with time reporting - sometimes Payroll sends out incorrect times but nothing serious at this point (we've had 2 issues already). I like that there are several levels of detail in each section, so you can customize what information is displayed for your users depending upon their roles within an organization or industry specific functions they perform (e..g., Sales Manager vs Field Service Engineer). The interface layout could be better defined; it's hard at first glance how far down into sections certain features go if not familiar with all aspects being used from day one - perhaps have some tutorial videos available…
