Neat glasses

For the price they're not bad, couldn't say a better fit and I'm a big fan of Huk fishing gear and for the price they're not bad either. I have read reviews claiming they are the best and just as good if not better than the Costa and Maui Jim goggles. Well since I bought them I have had two pairs of Costa and one pair of Maui and in my opinion Maui is probably number one and Costa is probably number two but always remember you get what you pay for. . Nothing against Huk goggles but for the…

Pros
  • Great view for a great price.
Cons
  • Huk has great products but they were a bit small and I'm not a big guy so they don't block the sun either due to their size.

Essential for coastal fishing

Lightweight and sits comfortably on my face. Great polarization that really makes a difference compared to normal sunglasses. Four stars because the glasses are great but it would be nice to see them in more protective packaging. My box was crushed but thankfully the jars were unharmed. A little pricey to throw in a box with no protective coating. It would be nice if a microfiber cloth was included.

Pros
  • They fit very well and are very light on my face. The lenses are excellent, the polarization is perfect.
Cons
  • Arrived already scratched. Can't wear them

Latest review of HOOK Shades

My husband liked them a lot, everything except there was no case or any sort of storage bag for them. They came in a beat up the heck box and in the shades they came in a plain clear plastic bag. No bubble wrap, no protection. To my surprise, they weren't broken or scratched. Husband loves it so all is well.

Pros
  • Todo me gusta menos que el marco de las gafas se arrugue con el sudor y se siente que pierde calidad
Cons
  • I really like these glasses, but... After a few uses, the nameplate fell out one day.

my husband loves her

I bought these as a gift for my husband who is an avid fisherman and is obsessed with it. He wears them more often than the others that cost twice as much. They suit him too! Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Great sunglasses and cheap. No need to spend hundreds, these sunglasses are even better than the famous brands.
Cons
  • I've only used them for a few months, the right side fell off, I can't wear them anymore, don't know how to contact them for a replacement.

Worthy for the price. good for me

Great glasses for the price. The style looks great on my oval face. The polarization is fine when fly fishing. Previously, they were aged by throwing them in the car when not in use.

Pros
  • The price was right. Polarized lenses appear to be of good quality and clarity. Comfortable enough but room for improvement.
Cons
  • Polarized lenses can distort color perception

The packaging was rubbish.

The packaging was rubbish. Close enough to the head and looks small. Feels like $10 sunglasses. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Good job, Hook, really. Screw this cheap bullshit

Pros
  • He loves them because they protect his eyes from glare while fishing.
Cons
  • HUK dropped on both sides in the first week. The lens was scratched while cleaning. fake from ebay.

Cheap. Low quality

Very cheaply made. Find another brand in the $10-$20 range with the same quality. They don't even have a carrying case like the cheaper ones. This will be the last HUK product I will buy.

Pros
  • The first pair had poor hinges, but they were quickly replaced and the scratch-resistant finish could have been a bit better.
Cons
  • May cause headaches or eye strain for some users

Do not buy for leisure activities.

These glasses flew off my head and fell to the bottom of the boat, where I immediately picked them up, but it was too late. Already scratched. abominable. And I have quite a bit of hook hardware that's pretty decent, but at $60 that's rare stuff.

Pros
  • Good value for money. I definitely like them.
Cons
  • They broke within a month. How can we fix them?

Good sunglasses are good for me

I spend a lot of time fishing and enjoy several HUK products - I was skeptical about sunglasses but glad I bought them, money well spent.

Pros
  • Very satisfied, for the price you can't go wrong.
Cons
  • Too big for my face. Not suitable for people with narrow or small faces.

Very high quality, the best in my rating

I bought these for my husband for Valentine's Day and they were a huge hit! Super light but very durable and high quality. For the price and quality I can say this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. My husband is an avid fisherman so being a HUK brand was a definite plus!

Pros
  • work very well in direct sunlight
Cons
  • Not recommended for use while driving or operating heavy machinery

love their new review

Bought these for a boat while fishing for an hour. I started getting headaches while wearing Bolle non-polarized sunglasses. I've read that the sun reflects off the ocean and creates glare, which polarized lenses reduce more than regular sunglasses. A great price compared to other well known brands. I have no problem wearing them for hours. I can't say anything about the scratch resistance. I would recommend.

Pros
  • Fits well, seemingly good design for the price structure.
Cons
  • Not suitable for people with certain medical conditions or medications

Great view and value

I've had Oakley and other brands that don't beat the looks of these glasses. I had three friends, try them on and buy them immediately. They scratch when they fall on concrete, but are more likely to scratch. The bottom line for the $60.00 range is amazing! I bought another set after the one I dropped and scratched. So she loved. :)

Pros
  • Very light weight. Perfect for my face.
Cons
  • Good glasses but they should come with a case or at least a bag for storage.

Very convenient but overpriced.

Unfortunately, as others have pointed out, they are not made by Huk, they just license the brand to SPG. Very suitable for a large head and a pleasant lightweight. The polarization is about average, but not as good as my Costas. They really shouldn't cost more than $25. looks like glasses found on a rotating display in rest stops, supermarkets, etc. D

Pros
  • Excellent sunglasses.
Cons
  • Limited color palette available

Came with nothing to protect her.

Very very surprised that there was nothing in the kit to protect it, no case, no case. The only thing protecting them was the box they came in and a clear plastic sleeve. Disappointed 😞 They are beautiful and fit well but I would have paid more if they came with a case and/or sheath.

Pros
  • Love her. I want some more. I hope to find a coupon
Cons
  • I only received an empty Huk box in an envelope, no sunglasses, just a box

Those are the colors you need.

I bought shades twice the price and they are way better. So comfortable on the nose and behind the ears. Even on my head when I pick them up I forget they're there. The polarization is perfectly clear and I had a view after the sun went down, when wearing it, on cloudy days etc. I feel stupid if I spend more on sunglasses. I will definitely be buying HUK (pronounced hook I spotted --- I'm not a fisherman) product again. Also, my son-in-law (a fisherman) got a birthday gift card from them.

Pros
  • Very light, very visible
Cons
  • High price compared to other sunglasses available on the market.

Look for other options

Probably the worst sunglasses I've ever bought. Not very comfortable. Doesn't fit well unless you have a huge head and face. Doesn't fold easily and one of the levers broke after less than 2 months. waste of money.

Pros
  • They help you see the sea.
Cons
  • Not suitable for people with small heads

my great review

My cheapest glasses, but they have become my favorite glasses! Same quality as my Revo for 1/3 the price. I would definitely buy a few more!

Pros
  • I like you very much. Cuts right through the water.
Cons
  • Limited Warranty Period

These glasses block the sun and stuff

These glasses block the sun and all so my eyeballs never get burned in the sun again! Also, they helped me look cool while catching fish. Did I see a fish? Only when I pulled them out of the water. But since wearing them I've gained 35 more subscribers to my YouTube fishing channel g2gfishing and caught 2 19" perch. Oh yeah, they're comfortable too.

Pros
  • The fishing brand Huk is characterized by originality and quality, everything is fine
Cons
  • There have been lines on the lenses since the day I bought them.

Looks good…. That's all

A week later the coating was peeling off the lenses, the rubber ear pads started to wrinkle and we're gone.... Save your money and if you want to go to Costa or Oakley for outdoor fishing/hunting etc....

Pros
  • Great fit and durable for outdoor activities
Cons
  • I don't like that these sunglasses aren't worth $5, they aren't polarized,

Inconceivably! on Exercise & Fitness

Bought as a gift and arrived today. The box with the glasses was bent in many places and the box was torn. There's no way I can give this away!

Pros
  • Women
Cons
  • Nothing
