Highly knowledgeable and responsive agency partner

The best part about working with HIR is that they are always on top of what's going on in our industry, so we never have to worry if there will be any new trends or changes coming down the pipeline from an SEO perspective. I like how easy it has been to use their tools as well - everything seems very intuitive which makes my job easier when managing content across many different platforms (HARO, HARo). There isn't anything I dislike yet but maybe because I haven't worked much directly with them

  • Allows me flexibility without worrying over minutia details

Best Customer Relationship Management Tool!

I like that it is user friendly, easy to navigate around with lots of great features at my fingertips including sending emails directly from within our CRM system which was not possible before using this tool. The customer support team are fantastic as well - always happy when they can help me out if something isn't working quite right or we need more information about how something works but no pressure just helpful suggestions. It's worth having some time set aside initially so you get used…

  • Relatively quick response times compared other providers offering similar services
  • Ability To work independently while still benefiting form regular group meetings

  • Sometimes takes longer then expected due waiting period required after submitting case

Great experience and customer service!

Very responsive, great support team who are always willing to help with any question we have as well or even just an idea of what they could do better in their product/service offerings- that's how easy it is working w them!! They can't be more helpful when you need advice about your business needs through our website engagement tools - from building out new features like "suggestions" boxes etc.- all very intuitively set up so there really isn;t anything complicated here at this stage either…

  • The overall service provided by Human Interaction excellent feedback for the customer service representatives at any given time very responsive & helpful!
Cons
  • Very little for me to dislike really
  • I do hope that they continue to provide similar service to our needs going
