I have been using Iams Mini Chunks for over 12 years.

About 14 years ago my grandmother died and I inherited her two year old sausage fidget. Fidget had a terrible food allergy. The vet said to use Iams. She never had problems again and ate until she died at 15. Now I have 8 rescue dogs and 3 of them are also allergic. So, new vet (moved to another state and got a new vet), Yams said. I have been feeding all my dogs Ismen since 2001. Never had a problem.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • poor

Tastes great and keeps you healthy

I love this meal! It's so good my Lord even lets me eat it as a snack! He also says I can get it if I go to the ball. The only thing I don't understand is that he keeps throwing the ball across the yard and then gives me more fodder! What an idiot, folks. Anyway, I've been eating this food since I was a little pup and it keeps me going, gives me a nice thick coat with a little shine. I highly recommend dog lovers to ask their owners for something!

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

My dog doesn't itch all the time

My little rat terrier loves it. The dog developed a severe rash on his back, scratching and scratching until the rash turned red and he lost a lot of hair. My son told me it was probably cheap dog food, Alpo. Well, the rash goes away and the hair grows back. More importantly, my little dog doesn't itch all the time. IAMS costs a little more, but it's worth it. Updated January 2, 2018. The dog's rash is fully healed and his coat is almost full. No scratch.

Pros
  • Test for one year
Cons
  • Discontinued model

My dog is dying from dryness

My dog is dying after eating this product. I knew something was wrong when he threw up on day one. I thought it was nothing but on the 3rd day he was vomiting blood and it was only blood in his stool. I really hope he recovers and that it isn't due to food allergies. It's never happened to him before, not even dollar store pet food does it to him. Now I cook for my dog and hand feed him and hope he recovers. By the way, I cooked him some chicken and he ate it with no problem. Please see…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Recommended by my vet

I have 3 dogs; Jack Russell mix, German Shepherd/Collie mix and Australian Shepherd mix. I tried different foods with them when they were growing up, but as adults, they will only eat this food all the time. On average we get a big bag like this about every 2 weeks, all dogs are healthy, energetic, playful and have a beautiful coat. I'm not in a position to pay more than $50 for a bag for Blue whatever this stuff helps and even my vet said buy what you can afford but try to keep the overall…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • There are problems

I hope you love this product as much as I do

This is the first time I've changed my dog's food and my dog hasn't gotten sick. She loves this food the way it is, although I sometimes add white or brown rice to it. My dog loves rice so I give her some mixed with this product 2-3 times a week. I have also fed them along with other dogs that I have seen completely refuse the food their owner has given them to eat the IAMS brand. None of the dogs got sick from eating this food. That's the only thing I'm going to feed her now. It always arrived

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

If you have an older dog; this is food to get!

Started feeding my dog this food as she is an old lady and when I noticed she was having problems with energy and climbing stairs on the porch. She's been at it for about 2 months and oh my god I can see the change. I never thought dog food could make such a drastic difference, but she's like a new dog. I swear this food made my dog 5 or more years younger. She still lies down and sleeps a lot, but when she's awake she has less trouble going up and down stairs; Hell, she even seems to use them…

This dog food really works

We feed our dogs this food and they act like dogs all day. You are healthy, beautiful and full of energy, which is why we concluded that this product really works. I'm giving it four stars because while there's nothing wrong with it, I feel like most dog foods can always be improved upon. We switched to Purina's Iams because Iams has a better ingredient list with chicken as the main ingredient instead of corn. Full Disclosure: I have not eaten this product myself, but I have seen dogs eat it…

Pros
  • Good price
Cons
  • Minor problems

Excellent Dog Food

I've been feeding my dog yams for a few years. He is 8 years old and has no health problems. The price is reasonable compared to other analogues. I'm a fan of "mini chunks" even though my dog is over 100 pounds and will easily swallow a whole chicken bone if he wants to. I don't have much more to say about this product without extensive knowledge of dog food ingredients but I went to their website and got their full description which I think is acceptable as the first ingredient is chicken…

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
