Great Software For Companies Who Want An Affordable Solution

The most important thing i like about this is the integration with google apps.The system works well and its very easy too use.Its a great product and i would highly recommend it for small businesses who want an affordable service. I dont have any dislikes or complaints. Its a great and cheap software for call centers.   • It really does everything we need,and was good value compared other options out there at that time so far! Very user friendly interface no issues whatsoever ,even if youre not tech savvy.Easy set up process which made installation simple without much fussing required,.You can add agents easily just by adding them manually into Google Apps from within their admin dashboard rather then needing costly additional softwares.Great customer support team were happy &

Very useful Web Based Phone Customer Service Platform

I like the fact that I can log in to the site from anywhere at any time and access my account. The interface is very easy to use and navigate. I also like the fact that I can upload and send files to my clients when I am on the phone with them. I dislike that I have to log in to the site every time I want to use it. I would like for it to be more like a desktop application where I can log in and use the site without having to log in again. I would also like for there to be more ways to use the

Extremely helpful platform especially suited

The best part about this product is that it has an inbuilt chat feature through which you can interact with your customer directly without having any third party involved or getting charged for calls made by them! It also helps me keep track of my call activity as well as time spent per each ticket/call received from client.
