They are very knowledgeable about their products. Their customer service team was amazing to work with as well! I highly recommend this vendor!! The customer service team has been exceptional since day one! They are always willing to help out with any questions or concerns you might have about our products (and they also listen!) We've never had an issue where we needed assistance after calling them up directly - it's almost like their "engineers" live right there next door helping us whenever something comes along!!
