It's easy to use, simple interface and is available for many languages (also it supports pull requests). I'm using it with React Native which makes it more difficult to manage all my tasks as there are no proper integration between them. The ability to create tasks as well as issue tracking for our internal teams is great! It's easy enough that even non-technical people can use it with little trouble, which has been one of its biggest challenges so far - getting users onboarded quickly and easily.
