I like that Impact Factors allows me to see the impact of my nonprofit's social media posts, and the impact of my nonprofit's website. It's also helpful for me to see the impact of my nonprofit's direct mail, emails, and fundraising campaigns. There are many different ways you can communicate through this tool such as text messages (SMS), emails etc., so there's no way people will feel left out if they don't have access at least one form of messaging via their phone service provider. It is very easy to use. You can upload your CV with all your information and you will be able to get job alerts right away. You can also see what other people are looking for. There is no way to create your own profiles so you need to pay to have them created. We had been using our CV's to find jobs but it was difficult to keep track of everything we were doing as far as applying to different jobs was concerned.
