Great Platforms, Excellent Team and Service

The team behind Inflow was very responsive throughout our engagement with them from start till finish! A great software for Call Center and BPO companies

The best part about Inflow was that they were very flexible with scheduling us during our busy season as well when we wanted them offsite! I wish there could have been more training opportunities or one time meetings where everyone from sales all way down would meet together so it made things easier going forward once engagements started rolling into their system (which took awhile).
